Product range
Masonite Beams’ I-joist standard range consists of structurally glued joist, studs and soleplates. The flanges for joists and studs consist of mechanically sorted structural timber, and the web consists of 10 mm particle board of P5 quality, which is a moisture-resistant construction board or 10 mm OSB/3. Particle board as web material
At Masonite Beams, we use particle board as the standard web material in our I-joists, as it ensures stable and reliable deliveries to our customers. For those who prefer, we also offer OSB as an alternative web material upon request, to meet specific needs and preferences.
